About the Company

HITSA is one of Scandinavia's leading players in the design, manufacturing, and sales of urban furniture, bicycle parking products, and bus stop equipment. The company employs around 100 people and is represented in several European countries with a showroom in Stockholm, as well as manufacturing in-house in Denmark and Latvia. The headquarters is located in Kolding, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities

We offer a varied position that includes tasks as both an assembler and a driver. This is outdoor work where you, together with colleagues, load materials and drive to the work site where you continue with the assembly of steel structures according to our customers' specifications. Using drawing documentation with descriptions of dimensions and cladding, you will perform the assembly work together with the team. The job is full-time and scheduled during weekdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but overtime and shifted working hours may occur. The majority of the work takes place in Skåne and Zealand in Denmark. Travel and 10-40 overnight stays per year are included. Through internal training, you will learn about the products and tasks.

Your Background/Your Qualities

To thrive in this job, you need to be physically strong, as heavy lifting is part of the daily work. It is also important that you are able to travel for work. We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and enjoys working in smaller teams. Experience in carpentry, metalwork, or similar work is an advantage. If you have basic drawing reading skills, that is also a merit.

Driving licenses B and C are required. A BE driving license is highly meritorious. Experience with lifting devices and forklift driving is also an advantage.
